Brexit Minister Lord Frost has told the House of Lords that the Northern Ireland protocol can’t continue in its current form, but stopped short of scrapping it under Article 16.
Lord Frost appealed for further negotiations with the EU in resolving the issue which is hampering goods moving between Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

Frost, Gove BJ and the Gang negotiated it, signed it and pushed hurriedly through UK Parliament.
in fact, they are putting themself on notice , admitting it is badly negotiated and unworkable.
