In the peak of the outbreak “We will not open everything up at once”, now they did exactly the opposite opening up all the schools and Unis at the same time. This is like creating 1000s of diamond princess ships(confined spaces) at once before knowing the the impact of the school opening(which I think is the logical FIRST step). By looking at this video, they knew and modelled the impact! So, if any one of them get seriously ill or died in these confined spaces, they can follow a lawsuit(knowingly and willingly put them in that place). It’s a criminal offence in my eyes unless they’ve signed a legal document accepting the risk!
