Who is the EC and Germans taking legal action against ? because it is the Americans and their trade partners that are been stopped from making trade arrangements with the UK with the protocol and in absence of agreement on no hard border and no tariffs in Ireland will lead to the GB EU trade agreement not been ratified in the European parliament and GB EU tariffs and all that means to the EU economy and Ireland with Irish Sea tariffs from GB and the EC and Germany will not refuse trade arrangements tariff free with the USA providing they and their trading partners can make trade arrangements with UK with no protocol to stop them , but a UK EU trade agreement must be ratified for the EU to have similar trade terms as the UK will have with the USA .
If England breaches the Law when it comes to NI let’s invite the Spanish
to do the same with Gibraltar and the Argentinians with the Malouins …
