Now the Germans and their 26 members have a problem as there will be tariffs between GB and EU and existing EU tariffs remain to USA , and the British Government will ensure free movement of exports and imports within the UK and the British and EU protocol will not stop the Americans and their trade partners making trade arrangements with the UK and that was why the last European Commission went to so much trouble to stop other countries making trade arrangements with the UK.
The Americans have the power and can agree a USA EU trade arrangement without Agriculture but only if the the USA and their trade partners can make trade arrangements with the UK without going down the unilateral road .
