This has always been about ‘re-purposing world Governance’, which means, to usher in a new financial system; a new social system where health and social care are no longer guaranteed for anyone except those with the money to pay for it. It’s about a new ‘smart’ world where the rich can breathe in fresher air and swim in cleaner oceans while we eat grass or desperately sift through the rubbish in their bins for something to eat.
