Belarus’s President Alexander Lukashenko declared that the UK can “choke” on sanctions, in a rare televised press conference.
The UK and US are tightening sanctions on Belarus, hitting economic sectors.
When asked by the BBC about the latest British measures, President Lukashenko said: “You can go choke on your sanctions… You are American lapdogs!”

Well, he is right anyway, I really dont think there is any trouble for Belarus to have any sanctions from UK, how much they trade? + Anything that they need (technology etc.) they can always buy from Russia
