What i dont understand is why the US army is not sending in 20k soldiers or more right now and kill the Taliban in Kabul and take over. This is the best change they will ever get in defeating Taliban since they are all there right now. This should be a walk over man. fire some tomahawk’s on the palace use the confusion and just take over. Mindblowing this stuff. If i where commander in chief i would have given the order days ago all the Taliban leaders are inside Kabul. What the hell is wrong with the US? Cmon go and destroy them you will never get a better change.
Anybody know of a serious debate/analysis discussing to what extend US consulted allies on the withdrawal? Seems to me we all fought for 20 years and had similar losses (per capita). Then the US demonstrates “art of the deal” by revealing internal fixed deadlines to the enemy (jeez!) and now every – otherwise organized – ally has to run about like a chicken without a head while leaving mayhem for the afghans. I could be wrong though, hence asking for a link to a serious debate.
What the US has now done is not just determined the dire faith of millions of Afghans but they also mad the world a more fragile place by handing Afghanistan over to China for asset stripping. The Taliban, who really have no moral compass, and China will become best bodies whilst China pays them for resources to keep them happy they will over time have the Taliban on their site to attack America….whilst the US army made their sacrifices the Pentagon is lacking to provide the needed intelligence to weed out corrupt allies…America and the West are facing dangerous uncertain times thanks to an old, senile man who did learn nothing during his Vice Presidency….shame on you Mr Biden.
